Privacy Policy -

Refund & Cancellations -

No refund or cancellation is allowed.

Your payment and registration for our services is valid for 6 months only.
Amount to your account will be credited back only in case of duplicate payments.
If there is a failure of payment due to server error or payment gateway and if the amount is debited from your account (ie debit/credit/net banking/ any other transfer mode)The same will be refunded within 7 working days.

Neither the Company or ‘ the Affiliate/s shall be liable for any unauthorized transactions occurring through the Internet Banking

User hereby fully indemnifies and holds Strategic Management India Consultants Pvt ltd .and the Affiliates harmless against any action, suit, proceeding initiated against it or any loss, cost or damage incurred by it as a result thereof.

Terms of Use -

These Terms and/or the operations in the Accounts of the User shall be governed by the laws of India. The Parties hereby agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of the Terms shall be brought in the courts or tribunals at Navi Mumbai -Thane in India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts and tribunals.
